This notice covers the public MCP tools operated by lofi esthetic dentistry at lofiesthetic.com/mcp. It does not describe every service on the clinic website or the clinic's patient record systems.
The tools accept only a selected treatment identifier and an optional insurance price-column selector, or no arguments. They do not ask for your name, contact details, medical history, symptoms, photographs, identity documents, account credentials or payment details. The insurance selector chooses which published column to show; it does not verify or record your insurance enrollment.
Inputs are processed to retrieve the requested public clinic information. The plugin application keeps them in memory while handling the request and does not save request bodies, conversation histories, patient profiles or tool-use histories. Inputs are discarded after request handling. The application does not log request bodies, authentication headers or raw exceptions.
Requests pass through the service you use to invoke the tools and our hosting infrastructure. OpenAI and our hosting provider, Render, may process connection and service metadata under their respective privacy and retention policies. Their processing is separate from the plugin application's transient handling. The tools do not send requests to the clinic inbox, patient database, advertising services or analytics services.
Use the public website directly if you prefer not to invoke these tools. Do not include personal or medical information in tool arguments. Stop using or disconnect the plugin at any time through your client. For privacy questions or a request about information you believe you submitted, contact lofidentalcs@lofiesthetic.com. Because the application does not retain a tool-use history, it cannot retrieve a personal history of past tool calls.
Other clinic website features, contact channels and OpenAI account controls have separate data practices. Review those before providing personal information through another service.
